IFTE’S Taxi provides private hire taxi and minibus services in and around Loughborough, as well as nationwide transfers.
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, or third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
All bookings must include accurate pickup and drop-off details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the booking information provided is correct.
A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted. Please review it carefully.
For long-distance or airport transfers, advance booking is recommended.
All fares are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Prices may vary for additional stops, waiting time, or route changes.
Payments can be made by cash, debit/credit card, or online (where available).
Airport pickups include a standard waiting period — extra waiting time may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may be subject to a partial or full charge.
“No-show” bookings (where the passenger does not appear without prior notice) are non-refundable.
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time (30 minutes for airport transfers).
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
IFTE’S Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen traffic, weather, or third-party incidents.
Passengers must behave respectfully and follow the driver’s instructions for safety.
Smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) is not permitted inside the vehicle.
The driver has the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves abusively or poses a safety risk.
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and belongings.
Please ensure all items fit safely within the vehicle.
IFTE’S Taxi is not liable for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
We offer wheelchair-accessible taxis upon request.
Please mention accessibility needs at the time of booking to ensure the right vehicle is arranged.
While we strive for punctuality, IFTE’S Taxi cannot be held responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked journey.
